First, log in to your Bizonex account. At the top of the page you can find sections ‘About us’, ‘Trading’, ‘Markets’, ‘Balance’, ‘Orders’, ‘Referrals’ and a language selection option (Russian, English and Turkish are available).
In the dropdown menu, under ‘About us’ you can find our ‘Blog’, ‘Support center’ powered by Zendesk, ‘FAQ’, and ‘Contacts’ page. Our blog articles are all in English. The support center staff are ready to help by answering questions in English, Russian and Turkish.
The Trade’ section is the main trading page.
In the ‘Market’ section you can find all the available crypto asset markets with the last 24 hours’ trading stats.
The ‘Balance’ section is where your account balance is displayed. Here you can find the BTC equivalent of your account funds, a list of assets with the balances available for trading, and the balances reserved in orders. Also you can deposit or withdraw funds using the ‘Deposit’ or ‘Withdrawal’ buttons.
In the ‘Deposit’ section you can select an asset, and copy the wallet address for sending funds. The ‘History’ section contains a history of deposits and withdrawals. The ‘Orders’ section the orders and trading history.
The “Orders” section:
The ‘Closed order history’ page duplicates the ‘My completed orders’ section from the trading page.
In the ‘Trade history’ section you will find your balance and order history.
On the ‘Referrals’ page click the 'Get a referral link’ button to send a your link to register users; click the Download QR code’ button to send a QR code invite. Additionally, on this popup there are links to your social networks such as Facebook and Twitter so you can easily share your referral link.
Your ‘User’ icon in the top menu leads to a dropdown listing User information’, ‘Identification’, ‘Security’, ‘API’ and ‘Log out’ sections.
In the ‘User ‘information’ section you can find the name used for account registration, email, telephone number, and level of access (KYC status).
In the ‘Identification’ section you can find your access level with the list of the documents and data that you provided. All five links are clickable and by using them you can access each of the sections for identity verification.
Please note: after uploading documents/data into each of the five sections and clicking the ‘Verify’ button no more changes are allowed. Click the ‘Verify’ button only when you are confident that all the data is correct according to our instructions.
In the ‘Verification’ section there are buttons ‘Start verification’ and “Increase”; click these to start the KYC procedure. You need to provide additional data and documents to start trading on Bizonex. According to legislation, services such as trading, deposit and withdrawal are only available to verified accounts.
In the ‘Security’ section you can change your password and manage two-factor authentication (2FA). Two-factor authentication is used for more securely confirming login authorization and funds withdrawal.
In the ‘API’ section you can manage your API keys, including create a new one or delete existing ones.
In the top left of the page there is a drop down list for selecting a trading pair, and exploring trading information for the selected pair.
In the center you can find an interactive trading chart. Select the Tradingview chart by clicking the selector to the right. After this you will have an opportunity to use different instruments, as listed at https://www.tradingview.com/wiki/Main_Page.
The list of trading pairs with stats are on the left of the chart.
A menu with the trading history for selected trading pairs is listed under each market.
The order book contains a list of open limit orders. The top half contains buy limit orders, the bottom half sell orders; between them the last market price is displayed.
Order creation menu
Directly under the chart there is order creation menu. In the top half of this block you can switch between limit, market, stop-limit and stop-market orders.
My open orders and My finished orders
In the bottom half there is a menu with your active and completed orders.
The section ‘My open orders’ contains information about uncompleted orders.
The section ‘My finished orders’ contains information about fully completed orders, with the time when the order was opened and closed. If the order was filled instantly, the same time displayed.
In the bottom navigation menu o there are the following section links:
The section ‘About us’ contains ‘Contacts’, a link to our blog, and ‘Fees’ page where you can find information about fees, charged by Bizonex.
The ‘Services’ section contains a ‘Buy cryptocurrency’ link which when clicked takes you to the cryptocurrency purchase page; : ‘Spot trade’ links to Zendesk, ‘Token listing’ for projects interested in being listed on Bizonex; and the section ‘Referral program’ contains details of our referral program including referral amounts and bonuses.
The ‘Support’ section contains both ‘FAQ’ and’ Support center’ pages. The Submit a request’ links directly to the ticket creation form.
In the bottom half of the website, there is the’ Community’ section with links to our official Telegram, Twitter, Medium, and Facebook accounts.
